We partner with Paddle for processing sales transactions of MediaMonkey for Windows. If you’re having transaction-processing issues, contact Paddle Customer Service.

Note: Paddle can only help with transaction issues for MediaMonkey for Windows orders made in 2025 and on. They cannot help with:

  • MediaMonkey for Android orders
  • Orders prior to Jan. 20, 2025. These were handled by My Commerce, a division of Digital River, that has since gone out of business.
